- There is no account and no payment on this site. Checkout is not open.
- A preview stores your sketch, the preview image, your email, and the options you picked for 30 days, then deletes them.
- Test mode (the default) does not call an image model. It stores a labelled sample instead of a render of your file.
- We do not sell your data. We do not send a newsletter.
Who is responsible
The site is operated by The SaaS Guy (TheSaaSGuy). Contact [email protected] for a privacy request. This page does not publish a personal name, street address or tax number.
What you send
- Required: an email address, a subject (architecture exterior, interior, or product), a look, one to three images, and two ticks (permission to use the design, and the Terms including the withdrawal notice).
- Optional: your name and a short note.
- If the hidden company field is filled, we show a normal confirmation and store nothing.
The preview
- In test mode (MODE unset, or any value other than live), we do not send your image to Google Gemini. We store your upload and a labelled sample image that already says "Sample - test mode".
- In live mode, the first image is sent to Google Gemini (model gemini-3.1-flash-image, or gemini-3.1-flash-lite-image if configured) to make one concept image. The key is read from the server environment and is never written into the page or the logs.
- Images and the order record (email, optional name, subject, look, notes, consent time, file names and sizes) are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV for 30 days, then deleted by the expiry. The image links are long random addresses. They are not listed on the site.
- A live preview that is not already stamped is watermarked when you open the link.
Limits and campaign tags
- 3 free previews a day from one connection, plus a shared daily cap (default 40). We store a hash of the IP address with a counter for 48 hours. We do not store the IP itself. The same hash is kept in the limiter table, which is cleared after 48 hours.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. It does not receive your sketch or your email.
- If you arrive with utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign or utm_content, those values stay in sessionStorage for this tab and are copied onto the order. They are not a separate profile.
Legal basis: the preview is a step you ask for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). The limits are our legitimate interest in running a free preview without abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)). The consent tick is the record that you asked us to process the file.
How long, and deletion
- Sketch, preview, email and order fields: 30 days, then deleted by KV expiry.
- IP-hash counters: 48 hours.
Email [email protected] to ask for a deletion sooner. Include the time you uploaded and the email you used. We can delete the KV records before the 30 days. There is no payment record, because checkout is not open.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the KV store. They process the data to run the service.
- In live mode only, Google receives the first image and the prompt, to return an image. Test mode does not do this.
- We do not send the form to a second company, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
